Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, we accept returns of unworn items with original tags and packaging within 5 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at velvetmothboutiquenc@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Some items may be eligible for store credit only — this will be noted at the time of your return request.
